10 reasons why Team Eye is the best faction!

  1. 6 years ago

@SharpSerac 1. We are the richest faction on the server, if I had to put a percentage on it we own more than half of anything considered valuable on the server

    2. We are unmatched in our PVP skills. This one is pretty straightforward, no one can even come close to our skill level except someone like Qfu (<3)

    3. We're objectively the most mature people on the server. If you can't see it, then you obviously aren't mature yourself or your take on the word has been warped beyond recognizability.

    4. We are not just a team, we are also a brotherhood. During the course of the time I've been with these fuckheads I've come to like them a lot and I'd say we're closer than any Team Eye knockoff faction could ever hope to be.

    5. We don't just play Minecraft, but when we do we don't take it seriously.

    6. Fuck Bron Bron

    7. Everyone within Team Eye can solve the FizzBuzz test! A majority of computer science students can't even solve that!

    8. We have great taste in art and literature. Shakespeare is definitely overrated, the likes of Turgenev and his epic works such as "Fathers and Sons" are much better suited to our tastes.

    9. Yes, we have Team Eye tattoos. No, you may not see them. They are for the ladies' eyes only. Even then they have to demonstrate that they can go head to head with us in PVP (but preferably lose).

    10. We are all smarter than you.

I like TE, but I think it's foolish to self promote your own faction by calling it the best. Here are my responses to your numbered list:

    1. Here's the problem with CraftyMynes: There is no universal currency in circulation within the economy. CraftyMyne's Economy is based off of bartering, so it is difficult to determine how much an object is actually worth. Make sure that you have numbers that describe wealth before you call yourself the richest faction on CM.

    2. I don't know what to say on that one other than this: Whenever I see TE raid, they are always equipped with God Armor/weapons, Every Type of Potion, Totems of Undying, and Ender Pearls. While there has to be some kind of skill factor involved, I am skeptical about how much of your victories are based on skill and how much of it is based off of being prepared to fight and the resources you have. On a raiding server, the rules restricting pvp are minimal. So it is unclear if TE's PvP skills are actually fair. We may never know for sure...

    3. Really? Is being arrogant considered mature? Because I don't think it is. Remember that pride is one of the seven deadly sins.

    4. Okay. There's no problem with being loyal to a faction and making friends. However, it's not unique to TE. I've made plenty of friends as being a part of NN. I'm pretty sure others in other factions have also made friends with others within their own factions. Factions that have managed to last the test of time like Harvestar and TE were able to do so because of determination within loyal members of that faction. I can guarantee you that even nooby factions have loyal members that are determined to make their own faction last for as long as possible form a "bond" or in your words "brotherhood". I don't see how saying that you having loyal members that will do anything in the name of their own faction makes TE a better faction.

    5. Okay . Just like 4, I don't see how that's unique to TE. I play Minecraft for fun and I don't know why else I would play this game. If you're not having fun playing Minecraft, stop playing Minecraft and go do something else you enjoy doing. It's not worth playing a game if it makes you miserable.

    6. Yeah Fuck Bron Bron! I love TE memes! They are probably the best on CraftyMynes.

    7. Is it because you told everyone in TE how to solve it? Any test is easy if someone were to tell you how to do it. Tests may also come with loopholes that can do anything from making one question a little easier to solve to flying through the entire test while scoring really high on the entire test.

    8. Okay. Read what you want to read. That's just your opinion, and we all have our own.

    9. Lol you guys take Minecraft that seriously? What about what you said in #5? Tattooing yourself to symbolize your loyalty to a Minecraft Faction is quite a serious dedication, especially since it may stay with you for the rest of your life. I know that Tattoos are removable, but you can still get scars from the tattoo removal, it may take several treatments to even get the tattoo to somewhat fade. Are you using those kids tattoos that you apply with water, come off easily, and aren't even real tattoos? If you are, that would make way more sense for a minecraft faction. I'm not against tattooing and I could care less about what people do to their bodies. It's your decision to make. However, I feel that Minecraft could become irrelevant in the next 2-5 years. Like all good things, they must come to an end at some point. I feel that while TE has lasted long and will be remembered for all of CraftyMynes history, I sense that's it end will come. It could be years for that to happen, and the server might give way before TE does. But like everything else in this world, including factions such as NN and Harvestar, TE will meet it's end.

    10. How? By claiming that all of your members can pass the FizzBuzz test? While some servers that I have universal currencies in place, no human has been able to fully grasp the concept of abstract thought and human knowledge, let alone a single Minecraft faction. While it seems tempting to try and describe/generalize human knowledge as a quantitative property, it is also a foolish assumption to make. Everyone is guilty of this, including myself. Unless you are Genie Wiley who lived in complete isolation for the first 13 years of her life, you most likely have met many people and had made some observations based on their intelligence. I have noticed that while some people may be absolutely clueless about some topics that you may have an idea about, they are rather knowledgeable in other ways. I'll use myself as an example. I'm a huge geography nerd. I have maps hanging all over the walls of my room, I stare at Google Maps for hours at a time just exploring what I can on it, I can pronounce Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch (although that has little to do with geography), I know approximately where 95% of all countries recognized by the United States are on a map, and I know about 75% of their capitals, I have followed highways to places that no one cares about, I have a YouTube channel where I design my own infrastructure proposals, and I have memorized all sorts of towns, physical landmarks such as mountain ranges, rivers, lakes, and biomes across the world. However, while I may be able to exceed the standards of the average human being, I have failed doing so in other areas. I don't like following the mainstream media. I feel out of place and like I don't belong. So don't expect me to be able to know much about our current pop songs or anything about certain celebrities.
The point is that while I am able to have cognitive abilities higher than the average human being in one area, I fail to meet the average standard among a general population in another. It's not just me that's like this, I believe that every person is. Who knows more about the propaganda that North Koreans were put under than actual North Koreans? Now here's another question: How much do they actually know about the western world? Intelligence is more often than not described as a collective when it is nothing like that. I would go as far as to say that there are different types of knowledge, but even that seems to be a foolish thing to say. You could know every tiny little detail about a graphics card yet know nothing about how the hard drive works in a computer. Drawing a line on what kinds of knowledge there are is like trying to draw a line in a body of water with a marker. It can't be done. Knowledge is just too broad for a feeble human being to define or put lines on. Knowledge is not like water where every molecule is very similar to one another. However, you treat it this way by just simply assuming that I have less of a general cognitive ability than you. It's foolish to think this way when you can learn more of one thing and neglect the intellect of another. It's trying to draw a line in the water with a marker. Claiming that TE is smarter than anyone reading this is just plain arrogance. I don't know how TE will fall, but I suspect that it will be because of their pride and ego. As I said before, all good things must come to an end.

i think being equipped and ready for anything is a big part of being successful in pvp, as with anything practice and preparation play a big factor, resources fall under being prepared stay lowkey until you are ready , well there's no rule against combat logging lol so depends on what you mean fair , we may agree .
