My son understands that he made a mistake writing in his mother language, it won't happen again. Neither of us understood what character spam is or why he was suddenly banned an hour ago, with no warning. Maybe if you could explain, he will make sure he doesn't do it again.
In any case, he would really appreciate being reinstated asap.
