I'm just gonna point this out but this particular player typically always has one bar of ping. They likely got fly kicked while jumping around spawn as their connection likely dropped and to the server they got stuck in the air, as we can see they just logged on and were likely still at the time stuck in the air rather than flying, the distance vertically from the ground is within jump height.
