- Like I stated in my original appeal, I was mining with a player named 'Jackbrewer13' who claimed he knew where a Nether Fortress was and then he stumbled across the chest and I broke it after we found it was empty and then we continued. Obviously it was placed as you were watching us go through the Nether and thought that it would be a good bust despite it being in the direction we were going.

- "Suspicious activity involving stealing personal information from a few players", provide me with that information please because that is not only an allegation but that's a serious accusation and explain to me how I would do that please.

Banning someone based off one thing on a route we were going because I broke a chest that the player I was with mined to is a very very minor amount of evidence and I believe that definitely doesn't fit the criteria of "innocent until proven guilty".

Why should you be unbanned: I never hacked on the server. I was banned and then went onto Teamspeak to ask why I was banned. I was then asked about a chest that I opened in the Nether 14 hours ago. When I was in the Nether I was playing with some named 'jackbrewer13' who said he was mining towards a Nether Fortress he knew the co-ordinates for. He then mined and we located an empty chest. I then broke this chest and we continued. I was then banned on the server for hacking. I've never cheated on the server before and didn't plan on cheating either. Feel free to check anything to do with my base, etc, check everything I've done on the server, I've not cheated before.

I'd highly like to get back to playing as I've really enjoyed the server in the short time I've been playing and wouldn't like to be permanently exiled for something I didn't do.
