Reason for your ban: Enderpearling out of the furnace area in spawn.

Why should you be unbanned: i get it, no going in places easily accessed but off limits. Ender pearling into restricted areas doing no damage isnt a life sentence. At least it shouldn't be. Also, easy and perminate fix is to kill thrown enderpearls inside of spawn, i see no practical use for enderpearls inside of spawn.
