Reason for ban: Use of x-ray texture pack for additional benefit in finding ores

I was banned about 8 years ago for x-ray, but I don't play that way anymore. I can see you guys take cheats very seriously, but I was 14 and didn't know any better. Truth be told I don't really play minecraft much these days but I've started to revisit it recently, and I'm hoping I'll get to join what looks like a really fun server. Hope you guys get back to me :)

So um... I played on this server like, 2 years ago. It was really fun I remember, but I only got to play on it for a month or two, the reason being that I forgot that X-Ray was bannable because I hadn't played Minecraft in about a year or so at the time due to my brother breaking my old computer. I've changed a lot in that time and I was wondering if I could play on this server again. I know it's not a really thought provoking appeal or anything special, but it's kind of all I got.
