Ban Reason: "refusal to give xrayed diamond armour"

I was at spawn and someone threw the diamond armor at me causing me to pick it up. I didn't realize that there was a problem with it. I thought they were just being nice. I put the armor on and stepped away from the computer to use the bathroom. When I came back I was banned. I am more than willing to give the armor back. I would have given it back immediately if I had known. I'm sorry and it won't happen again.
