Tell us a bit about yourself: I have played on this server since about February and have really enjoyed my time on here. I really appreciate all the effort went into the convenience systems such as the tpa and homes. I also appreciate how active and involved the staff is within the community and all they do to keep the server running as smooth as possible. Server crashes and bot raids are dealt with in a timely manner. That being said, the constant server crashes and lag as of late has been a bit aggravating, but I understand that they are hard to deal with. Regardless, this server is very fun to play on and I have enjoyed getting to know it's staff and players.
As for my strengths, I consider myself to be a very active member of the server and have tried to hop on at least once a day. I am very familiar with the server rules and have a great sense of judgment. I make clean, well thought out decisions and think of the consequences of myself's and other's actions. I also try to be empathetic towards other players, especially new ones. As for weaknesses, I can tend to be gullible and be too trusting of others. I also tend to stress really easily and am able to get heated if I am really pushed. Despite that, I am very laid-back and stay calm most of the time. I understand my own limits and I respect my peers and superiors; I try my best to do what is told of me and pay attention.

Why you are applying: To be completely honest, I am applying because I love this server, and want to do my part to see it be the best it is. I understand that I haven't been playing for that long, but I really have loved spending time with people I can now call my friends. I very much admire the way the staff is run on this server and would like to become apart of it and help. I have also noticed that I am often on when there is little/no staff on and would like to be able to do something during those times.

If you could pick one thing about yourself to change what would it be, why would you change it and how would you change it: I would probably change the fact that I have trouble sticking to a schedule or regiment. I find myself creating a regiment for me to follow, but I end up skipping one day, then one a bit later, then a couple of days, until I end up giving up entirely. I want to change that because I could accomplish so much more and be able to real goals that I set. The only way I think to change it would be to stay as determined as possible and just focus on accomplishing what I need to do.
