I have just been IP banned on logon with reason "Your IP has been detected as a Proxy/VPN"

I am neither using a Proxy nor VPN. My IP is one that is assigned to me by my ISP.

Edit: I am unable to post a reply using either firefox or chrome so i'm updating the original post in hopes it gets noticed.

I have just tried reconnecting and I'm still IP Banned.
