Well it requires 2 people to work... and i just didn't really think about the consequences. I mean, I admitted that I was trying to dupe, of course everybody knows what it was supposed to be. But in fact, regarding just situation itself, i just logged out next to activated TNT a few times. But I knew it was not legal.

So this is the end... I know your rules and that there's no pardon for something like that.
I was just naive enough to believe to get a last chance as part of the community.

Reason for the ban: Attempted Duplication of items through exploits

Why should I be unbanned: Uhm... well... having to appeal here is really embarrassing, sooo, where do I start. (bad english incoming!) I won't gonna try to tell you that I'm innocent because the accusation is indeed justified.
The following sentences don't try to justify it, I just wanna give you some background information.
I found a freshspawn base in the random tp-zone while searching for some sand and noticed a strange obsidian chamber with some TNT in a nearby chest. I could imagine what it was used fore since i used to be staff on another vanilla server (The cloud vanilla) like 1 - 1,5 years ago and we also banned some people for duping with this method. The poor base and the chest contents didn't look like if it would still work but i was really curious. The obsidian and gun powder in my storage didnt make any easier to resist the temptation and so i asked smd122 (not sure aboutt the numbers behind his name) to help me with an "experiment". He didn't know what I was trying to do at this point. So we tried it, with only some netherrack and a pick which used to build the room with in my inventory. We tired it like 3-5 times until we agreed that it doesn't work and continued our normal work. (Didn't know i was banned until yet)
It was really just an attempt we made out of curiosity, not a single piece of netherrack was cloned in those 10 min. Although I know that just like in real life, even and attempted crime can and will be punished. Btw I dont know if smd was banned as well, but it was me who told him to help me, he was just standing arround to load the chunk. He is not to blame, he didn't really know what was going on at the beginnig.
So, why should you unban me? Well, first of all I really apologize, I was a victim of my own uncontrolled curiosity. I learned my lesson on the hard way and I accept the punishment.
But I think that I can call myself a part of this community, I know like almost every post in this forum, it's even nr 3 on my list of the most opened websites right after Facebook and Youtube. I have almost 8 million ticks which is euqual to more than 100 hours of my life which i spend on organizing my faction, risking all my hard work everytime I let a freshspawn join my community (which consists of more then 30 people) and explaining them over and over again how things work here. My goal here is not to raid the most people and to be the biggest badass, no, i just want to bring vanilla to a new level, to organize towns, factions, alliances and cooperations, peace and war. I try to make people be nice to each other and live peacefull in the towns and other places I created in the many hours i spent here. I start all over again and again when I fail because some douchbags think they have to destroy my peoples work. The Strangers Company needs a leader, a strong hand that organizes it. If I cant do this anymore then it will fall apart and the biggest sub-comunity on this server will turn back to the state of total anarchy from which I formed it. Please don't let that happen. This is a chance, we are not the Red Army or Team EYE that raid everything that has more then 10 cobble in their chests. We are peaceful and friendly, and it's just the beginning of the rise of a great sub-community in which everybody is welcome. I think that you won't see something like that very often.
Having to read "Have fun on other servers" would kill me. I cant have fun on other servers, not anymore. I dont even know If I could continue playing minecraft when I'm banned from this community, knowing what I lost.
All I ask you for is a second chance, if not for me, then at least for the Strangers Company. Please don't let that project die.

@mr_palapa_jr yes you are, but you are in the recruit town atm, the place where everybody starts until we learn to trust them.

There are some factions on the server, mostly peacefull ones like the Strangers Company or the Harvestar Building Guilt, but also those who's goal is raiding and PVP like Team EYE. Its everybodys choice to join a peacefull fac, a warmaker fac or no faction at all. Btw, all big factions in common count not more than 100 people (not regarding small groups of 2-3 ppl). So the majority of the server is without a faction.

I actually really like this mix between the square minecraft world and non-square people, you actually did a good job there :D
