@_Confederacy_ Yes, many players have done this before in the past however if they screw up on said alt (such as in the case of ponZe) they get IP banned for good never to be seen again. We make an effort to catch all hackers and if they are hacking we will find them eventually.
It's not evading if we are aware of the user.
We may choose to allow certain community players back on alternate accounts provided they cease hacking. We do this for a number of reasons, including the fact it can be hard to stop this happening in the first place and in account for houses were multiple CM users reside.
However if such a player then cheats or violates our rules again a permanent IP ban is placed on their IP, siblings or not and we will from that point on add them to the ban on sight list and use other techniques to find their alts.
Such alts will also be starting out from zero as we destroy hacker bases.
We have had many people reform from allowing this, including one of our current staff. So I would judge the benefit of allowing these people in to be greater than the extra work we have to do, when watching the others.
To be honest, I find your indignation quite offensive, we are the ones that spend the time catching all the hackers after all and we have decided that in certain cases we should allow exceptions. I don't think you have any right to be appalled frankly.
Repeated offenses of going over the limit does lead to bans.
I'm not asking how to do it, just proof that it works since I'm skeptical how someone could measure the number of mobs without command blocks.
I'm struggling to understand how such a system would work, can you make a recording ?
@Retrochewy It would make loading a bit faster cuz it takes a while even on a new iPhone 6 with good wifi
Works perfectly fine on an iPhone 6 for me, fast and responsive.
Perhaps your browser is the culprit?
@Blackened_Dawn None of them; they're all bad
The cult of the Energizer bunny,
Ok since, he admitted it.
@SovietSuperman_ , do not insult others please even in private messages, you should respect when they ask you to stop as well.
Report dealt with, Locking.
Where was this ?
You are banned are you not ?
We appreciate your remorse however Hackers are not unbanned under any circumstances sorry.
Have fun elsewhere.
No you didn't drop it, I told you to drop it and you continued on.
Doesn't matter if you intended to drop it afterwards, when a staff member tells you to do something you do it, you don't do it when it suits you. None of the rest of your rant is relevant, you didn't obey staff instructions and got banned for it.
I'd also like to point out you were the one that brought up your ban so it wasn't harassment or anything either.
Just a reminder,
[03:15:23] [Client thread/INFO]: [CHAT] <§9r4iscool1§r> Okay here,s the deal you are going to stop trolling and stop spreading misinformation like that
[03:15:30] [Client thread/INFO]: [CHAT] <TheRealGarGar> what misinformation
[03:15:34] [Client thread/INFO]: [CHAT] <§9r4iscool1§r> You did not get banned just for mispelling
[03:15:41] [Client thread/INFO]: [CHAT] <TheRealGarGar> yeah i literally did bud xD
[03:15:47] [Client thread/INFO]: [CHAT] <§9r4iscool1§r> Bye TheRealGarGar
There is no flaws in the logic behind your ban, just your clear inability to accept the idea that you might be wrong.
Continue making threads or complaining about this and you will be suspended from the forums.
