So as you can see you quite clearly didn't listen to staffs instructions which is in violation of the rules, if you felt this was abusive you should have taken it to the forums as instructed, not disobey them.

Yeah there has been a couple of discussions about this in the staff chat, we are considering change but on the other hand the diamond market has always been inflated and it's sorta hard to stop that.
The casino may help with this too.

Any of them would suffice(Except InubHD), if they don't feel confident they will just refer it to Crafty, it's a probable no but I have been wrong before so its good to check.

I myself would say no since it seems to fit under the unfair advantages but you would be better of directly contacting an admin to ask this question.

Seems like the hardware should be up to par.

Basically that's it, mojang invests no time in the vanilla server client since they know bukkit will just fix all the problems for them.
The main issue as Crafty pointed out is the fact Vanilla Minecraft can't properly Multicore so we can only use one core for every dimension, which bottlenecks pretty much everything.
The other issues mainly are lag causing bugs that Mojang has yet to fix that can cripple the server speed even more.
