Hello i was the mod that banned you, any form of cheating will not be tolerated unfortunately for you I caught you flying at spawn,not only did you hover in the air but you also didn't show any fall dmg when landing,upon further review from other staff they agreed.
Your ban will be permanent.

Adding Notch apples to traders at any point would be a bad idea,
Currently there is a pig spawner and cow spawner east of the trade post,the spawn rate for the cow 1 is also low.

Any form of cheating will not be tolerated - This means anything that gives you an unfair advantage over players who are playing the game the way the game was intended to be played.

Very plain and simple,you got caught cheating/hacking, read the above rule ^
either this concept eludes you or you don't understand the meaning of tolerate so here you are for your better understanding

We try to keep the community clean from hackers ie. you,why would we trust your word as well? you read the rules yet blatantly hacked anyways what stops us from thinking you wont do it again? as Crafty stated those caught before have been proven time and time again to be repeat offenders I highly doubt you would be different no matter what you claim. And its Great that the owner gets involved it shows he cares for the server and is here for the community. Either way its obvious none of the points presented will reach you so keep being salty over something that your clearly in the wrong.

Listen to staff members - Enough said! People will always find ways around the rules, staff reserve the right to make changes to the rules to cover these holes in order to keep the server a safe friendly place.

don’t discuss controversial, sensitive or offensive topics (e.g. sex, sexual identity or preferences, race, politics, religion, drugs, etc.), (main chat rules you broke)

I do not know what you said before i logged in but i was aware that 2 of our helpers had given you a few warnings already, those combined with the 1s i gave you (the cannibalism and suggestive topic) then the final 1 from 1 of our admins made me decide you had received more than enough of them.

You will be unbanned in 3 days from the appeal.

Ok so I was flying but so what its not like its cheating or gives an advantage over others.
