We have our tools 2 watch players & it was brought 2 my attention that u were kicked not 1ce but 2ice from the server because of flying, so i went where u were & there u were, "lagging" so i started taking screenies about eveything, me moving around u as u stood there, so i continued taking screenies as i was moving around u and when i realized it was quite a time for u to be "hovering" in that position, I decided to remove the stairs, I removed them, in the case your "lag" was off you will be falling to the floor below the removed stairs. So i waited again after removing the stairs, and you were still "hovering".

If you look closely there is a disk on the stairs, which was lagging with you, and if you are aware of the lagg, even if you move around the dropped item, it will still be there. But in the other images, you can see yourself with the disk in your hand and not longer on the floor or stairs, so that means that the supposed "lag" was gone, but YOU were still "hovering".

So this Ban stays Denied. Final word for it. Please be mature and accept the consequences of what you do.

As you can see there is a disk on the stairs, and if it was lagging you would've never ever pick it up, so I caught you in the act, and this is no lag or glitch.

I was watching how your "friend" AJlive77 (which his skin is a turtle ninja just like yours, i think he's Donatello and ur Raphael, or whatever) and u were living in a shared space (same base) which I saw it was built using illegally obtained resourses through X ray, which you took from the chests you share together.

Technically, I didn't see you specifically X ray, or cheat in any way (yet)... but saw ur friend, and when he respawned @ his place after he died in lava, I followed him and found you there too, which I didn't hesitate and got rid of both of you. Due to the inspected area.

What I am going to do its to give you the benefit of doubt. I will pardon you, but you have to start from 0, because that base was "illegal", so I got rid of it.

@GibsonAxe Depending on the staff that's on you will get a different reaction to certain rules, typically a few short words or something small in caps may slide,again depends on the staff.
As to character spam again this is also dependent on the judgement of the staff, noooo is fine to me i wouldnt warn over it

Personally I agree with Gibz in this case; depends on staff how flexible they can be in certain situations, some will enforce the rules with greater emphasis, others will let it slide. It depends, as stated before.

So what I think it happened it was just not you. We dont know whats going on behind each screen when we are playing, but I suggest to every player to keep their problems away from this fantastic world where we can escape from that reality, either to relax from a hard day or just to avoid the problems.
Don't, i repeat to everyone, don't bring any of your problems to ANY server. Its just not the way to play minecraft in my opinion.
