    You have been banned twice before for various chat infractions by other staff and you have been here long enough to know the rules.
    This has me believing that you will not change and be nice and respectful and not read the rules thoroughly and think twice about what you say. Since this is the case with you I decided to make your ban permanent. You have been given multiple chances which have seemed to not change much of anything.
