    @DDLachey4833 The hole was actually covered over completely, but the landmarks were recognizable. Actually made it a bit more interesting of a find as I thought you had aged the site geologically since the narrator discovered it. Polar bears are still there.

    Day 7

    Traveling has taken its toll on me. For the past few days I have been relentlessly hunting the escaped creature, so far to no avail. Finally I have decided to set up camp for a day to review my research and catch my breath, so to speak.
    I have noticed strange rocky outcroppings scattered randomly. For some reason, they don't appear to form outside fifteen-thousand meters from spawn. As I have not seen them before, I can only assume they have something to do with the unbound beast.

    Nerdie's Note: Rock formations with treasures inside will appear around spawn for the duration of the event. They DO NOT contain clues; think of them as a side-quest. The main questline will continue soon!
