Reason for ban: scamming

Why should I be un-banned:
Yesterday I scammed Rybye with selling him fake coordinates.
I asked some staff if it was legal to do it and the response I got was: "Scamming is prohibited in trading post, but anything that is not concerning in-game items, "physical" stuff, is not enforced. And that would probably not do too much good to my reputation but it is legal (I was OK with it because the subject is Rybye).

I did not know that what I did was illegal and if I would I would return him his diamonds, or even not do it in the first place. I do apologize for what I did and will not recreate this behavior in the future.

Reason for your ban: spam killing

Why should you be unbanned: I was spamkilling and was told to stop so I stopped, and then the thorns on my chestplate stilled killed, I did't know that it was killing. I'm sorry I will not spam kill again and be aware of what happens around me
