Yes sir no more diamonds via villager trades. That is something we put in since 1.8 however we realized how broken it was and tried to fix it a few times in 1.9.

It depends, for some people it may be better but for others may be worse. It just varies.

They will be using a different system so you can be able to set a warp in any dimension

Crafty hardly has time for the server since he is extremely busy, he doesn't have time to teach people. Maybe you can ask for help by other players on the server who understand command blocks?

Prepaid cards should work fine from my understanding
