as a previous member of a large hoarder guild, 2 invintories can be quite impactful, as well as the fact that a single player (i speak from experiance) is fully capable of defending their base and taking on half a dozen others simultaniously, and win out.
*eats popcorn* its been a while since we had a good faction V faction V faction going.. :) its nice to see the community being a community
Yes, they will be used as a currency.
@BoneChi11er This is honestly confusing for me as well, why does that rule exist? I understand what the rule say, about you having someone TP to you and killing them. But the person requesting the TP has the option to not send a request, just as you have the option to decline a request. I respect y'alls decision to have this rule, I just wanna know why it exist. :\
It exists because with the new TPA system, its far easier to convince a new player that you're a nice guy, have them TP to you so you can "help" them, and murder them for fun. It helps keep new players playing, instead of getting killed, crying about it and leaving because we wont reimburse their items.
They are far less likely to let you TP to their house when their new.
@pand1024 Ok so if B convinces A, A goes to B using TPA, B attacks A, A dies, B get's banned. In all other cases it's ok?
A convinces B, A attacks B, B dies OK
A convinces B, A attacks B, A dies OK
A convinces B, B attacks A, A dies OK
A convinces B, B attacks A, B dies OK
B convinces A, A attacks B, B dies OK
B convinces A, A attacks B, A dies OK
B convinces A, B attacks A, A dies OK
B convinces A, B attacks A, B dies OK
Lets set- A (acceptor of the TP), B (requests the TP) to make this simple.
If A convinces B, A should not initiate attack on B
If B convinces A, A should not initiate attack on B
Whichever party hits the accept button (regardless of which side convinced which) should not be initaing attack on the Tping player.
initiating attack includes traps and teammates that result in damage being dealt.
Yes, you can defend yourself against hostiles
and again, cases will be investigated.
To put it another way- 8/10 ways to kill via the TPA are allowed. 2 of them are not.
Just dont be the person hitting the accept button and you can attack.
CraftyCoins are a fun little extra from our 1.8 server that were used to activate the Crafty Casino slots for items and could be sold for extra vote sets to work the TPA.
At the moment, we are letting people get a handful or two while we finish up their new setup.
if you don't like them, i'm certain that you can sell them.
Your looking at this too hard. there are two sections against TPA killing (the ones where noone dies dosent count)
If they convince you to let them TP to you, and you hit the accept button and die- thats your fault
if you convince them to TP to you and you trap/kill them, you are in trouble.
That is all- you going to them and killing them is fine. them comming to you and you killing them is not.
save for the single instance of self defense, as i said- all cases will be investigated.
Your gaming style is
Achiever: 50%
Explorer: 50%
Griefer: 50%
Socializer: 50%
sure, okay
First, i owe you nothing- i neither took them from you nor personally caused your loss.
Second, you can thank your fellow players for the removal of ender pearls in various areas, because they couldn't understand "Hey, don't glitch through the walls, the floors or the ceilings" of designated areas.
Its not that the things in the containment area are dangerous, they are mostly individually built sections that are either not yet finished, in testing or are simply put out there because there was no place for them in spawn, like the VIP area and we'd rather not people get stuck in them. break parts or obtain things unfairly when we're not looking.
So if you feel like complaining, complain to the people that forced our hand in the first place.
yess it is possible, we have the technology, but no it wont be implemented. There are plenty of resources out there still and no need to recycle armor back into raw material.
you build it, you use it. :P unless its buttons. poor people that make 50 buttons XD
its in the overworld -_-
get off the roof ya nubs
focusfocusfocusfocus. its very simple to figure out
