I'm not sure i understand what you mean. Its our staff that caught you, and banned you, so i assume you mean that they're bad because they do what they're supposed to?

And to point out, as crafty said, we used to give hackers 2nd chances. They proved to us that was the wrong choice, over and over and over again. Not a single person we've ever banned for hacking has come back and not hacked. Thats some 10,000 people, half of which appealed, promising us they had learned their lesson and "would never do it again". And then proceeded to get caught, again, and banned, again. So we stopped, and live firmly by the motto "Once a hacker, Always a hacker". Its just a fact of human nature. once you think you can do something "easier" or "secretly" you cant not do it. :P

sever could be hickupping, or an internet issue?
are you using the latest version of 1.9 or running a shader/texturepack that hasnt been tested? or just bad day :P

one of my favorite ban appeals is;

"hello i am writing this because i played normally on your server and i pressed double jump and i started flying and i dont know why.

i told the admins that were on that i could fly for no reason and i asked them if they did /fly HarryTE_MC or something then i showed them i could fly and they banned my without warnings and without really knowing what is going on. I would like to be added to whitelist so i will be able to join again and do something for the admins because i think that they trolled me with /fly to find a reason to ban me.

Not sure if the chorus fruit is a good idea just yet, but there is a secret villager that buy pumpkins in spawn. i havent made a trade for melons or beets yet... Having everything available for purchase kinda takes the fun out of exploring dosent it though?

And as far as the axes and swords for coal trades, i didnt make those.
