Reason for ban : Caps

Reason why I think I shouldnt be banned : I think i was a good member... voted everyday and provided trades to new and old players. I do type very fast indeed and use caps as jokes or when i need Help urgently (lost my spawn point for no reason)... Anyways im not questioning this decision but I do think that this would be a very sad ending to my adventure on this wonderful server.

My spawn has abig hole under it i keep falling and dying.. i cant even get time to tp to spawn no do anything. The player named Croquer came and spawn killed me then made a hole under my spawn

Help a player named Croquer made a hole under my spawn i keep falling and cant od anything !! Pls fix this and ban this guy hes been doing it to multiple people who have thus left the server for ever....
