I think even so, it's a lot of work for admins and Crafty to come up with command blocks, and adding their names to the list.

@_Haxington_ Players could be prohibited from trading with players on the watchlist.

And who babysit them to enforce this? I understand it's just an idea, but it really isn't feasible.

@Blackened_Dawn I'd rather take my chances and just let them stay banned for good.
We don't have time to vote on whether a cheater is telling the truth or not, everyone gets treated the same, and that's it. Once again, we tried this before, this did not work out in our favour.

It's not going to happen. As Dawn said, been there, done that, didn't work.

But how is it fair to everyone else who plays by the rules? It's like a slap in the face letting someone that hacked their wealth come back. And most of the time, they repeat their mistakes and end up banned on alts. Then they come back and we have to IP ban them for hacking while they use a VPN. I know of like 3 hackers who actually stopped hacking. I know a hundred more who didn't.

You know what's not fair? Ruining the server economy by xraying. Regardless if sorry, they had an unfair advantage by hacking. So why again do we need to show them fairness?
