I am the mod who banned you for breaking server rules.

Let me quote these rules to put into context:

"Practice good chat etiquette
Don’t use caps, don’t spam, don’t discuss controversial, sensitive or offensive topics (e.g. sex, sexual identity or preferences, race, politics, religion, drugs, etc.), no advertising, no links, no trolling. Please only use the minecraft font and English in global chat."

"No inappropriate Names/Skins
This includes your name, item name, name tags, nude skins, body part skins, subjective skins, etc. If asked by staff to change something you have/use because of this, please do so!"

To clarify, named items also follow chat principles.

The next day after the conversation, I saw you placing two more items with religious references in different chests at spawn again and on a few locations you roamed. I warned you once again not to do so and to change the items names and you did not follow the request. You were warned a few times, and even told specifically that it's against the server's rules, so I expected you to have a grasp on how the rules worked at this point.

I understand you have your own religious viewpoints. But take into consideration other people have their own ideals as well. We enforce these rules to prevent disputes and debates from happening in the server among players, so, for future reference, please refrain from mentioning religious topics and naming items of similar nature.

With that said, for ignoring staff requests after repeated warnings, and since this is your first offense, you will be pardoned in 3 days from this reply.

I expect you to change your remaining items names when you return.

I am the mod who banned you for using a TNT duping machine.

I understand that you were unaware that duping was not allowed and I apologize for the inconvenience beforehand.
However, players are usually encouraged to read the rules once they join CraftyMynes to contextualize themselves in terms of what is and what is not allowed. When you joined the server, you automatically accepted those rules presented.
Duping is a form of exploit that grants you infinite amounts of items, and in this case, even if you were using them for the sole purpose of blowing stone into cobble, it still is duping, regardless.

Any form of cheating is taken very seriously on this server and with that said, I'm afraid this ban appeal cannot be lifted.

I am the mod who banned you for usage of x-ray and autoclicker.

Your ban appeal doesn't follow the format, but I'll go ahead and mention a few guidelines you probably missed:

As stated from the FAQ page:

"Can I use ___ mod?
The only mods/clients allowed are Optifine/OptiFabric/Sodium, Sound Packs/Filters, Shaders, Batty's Coordinates Plus and Light Overlay. If you would like a mod to be added to this list please make a forum post."

That means the usage of autoclicker is not included, so it's not allowed, as you can see.

Also, I've been watching you for a good while, unless there's some sort of way to go directly to nether quartz, ancient debris, diamonds or redstone ores that I do not know!

We take a very serious approach on cheating, and doing such ruins the gameplay experience of others by giving you an advantage over them.

With that said, this ban appeal is denied.

I am the mod who banned you this previous day.

I would believe your claim to not have been using any sort of cheats, but I have been accompanying your journey since back then when you mined straight to a few diamond ores.
After noticing your pattern on mining different ancient debris, digging straight to buried treasure chests and, most importantly, the fact that you noticed a skeleton spawner below ~40 blocks from surface where you sat home right before mining straight to it was what gave you away for using Xray.

Cheating gives you an advantage over other players who play the game as intended to be played and for these reasons mentioned above, I regret to inform you that this ban appeal has been denied.

Botting is a form of cheating and puts you in the same category as a hacker for giving you unfair advantage over other players who play the game as intended to be played.
Also, I saw you x-raying ancient debris, so don't lie that you did not use it.

There's nothing refined when it comes to cheating, you're just making a fool of yourself.

I won't even comment on the rest of your statement.
