I’m not going to speak for the admin that banned you as it’s their decision whether you’ll be unbanned or not.
But considering your lack of sincerity, and the fact that you seem to have failed to understand what is wrong about your “joke”, I would not accept this as an appeal.
I suggest you try again.

A few issues with this thought.

If it kicks a player that has over 500 entities and that player was alone at the time then the chunks will simply unload. Items do not despawn in unloaded chunks, so the entities would still be there when the player was allowed back online.
Then the player would get kicked again because the entities are still over 500. It would be an endless loop.

Also, how would they ever get picked up? If any player got kicked once 500 entities were reached anyone that went near the entities would be kicked and not able to clean up the mess.

I'm looking to buy quartz by the shulker full. As much as anyone can sell!

This is silly and arrogant on your part to presume that rules from a time tested server be changed simply because you’re not good at the video game.
You are not required to play on CM. If the rules don’t suit you type of play, then rethink your desire to play on a hardcore vanilla server.

I had given you a fair and final warning about accusing people of hacking in general chat as you can see in the picture provided. With your thoughtful response, I know that you did indeed see this final warning.

Two days after this warning was given you then accused someone of hacking in general chat. Which you can see by the picture provided.

For your clear lack of appreciation for CraftyMynes rules on this matter, as well as the lack of regard for the final warning that had been given to you, I banned you. As this is your 3rd ban, this will be a 7 day ban from the time of this response. If you continue to break CraftyMynes rules, you will be subject to a permanent ban.
