Reason for ban: Not reporting

Why I should be unbanned: I was banned with a group of friends for not reporting MrGardenOrnament. The only knowledge I had of his past was that he was an old mod. I did not know that he was not allowed on the server nor did I know about any previous accounts that he had played on. I did not learn until after my ban why he is not allowed on the server. I am hoping that I am able to be let back onto the server because I do enjoy playing on it and talking with people.
