Bacteria. At it's quietest you won't find it, and thus it can do more damage. At it's loudest it's going to be found and stopped.

@baltimorecalling Genuinely curious...why the English only rule? I find that Europe has a huge MC fanbase and are comfortable talking in their own languages, without any real disruption to the ebb and flow of server chat.

The staff can't moderate in other languages.
