So if I hire you to protect my base and everything goes as expected, including your rightfull payment, my base will basically be safe from the rn most dangerous raiders, being you. Since you then basically cant raid that base anymore without destroying your own buisness. To get your buisness running you need people to trust you, and I would rather not hire people who raided a base that they were hired to protect before and promised not to raid it themselfes.

to be fair, to hire team eye might be an efficient method to not get your event disturbed by team eye

While I have rather mixed feelings about that protection aswell I agree with Nerdie that it's not on him to argue about it. His streams are doing good for the server and, while some people still see it as unfair, he is not to blame for taking what he is offered. I dont see where that would grant him or his people any unfair ingame advantages and therefore you should rather concern staff with your complaint.
