This section is for all the nooks and crannies spawn is abundant with, stashing secret messages or little areas that aren't inherently public or easy to find. These are considered miscellaneous because they have no over-arching theme or story to follow. They just kind of exist! Nevertheless they deserve to be documented, as it is a testament to all the love and time put into making this server's spawn.

To start it off, there is a secret running puzzle on the beach. You press a button, and an area opens up for you to run to.

THEORY*

If you have seen my post under Saintes Secret Rooms , you will see a book that mentions a tomb featuring drums. Could this be related to the rooms that let you play music?

The second room was found in the Sculk cave, obscured near a lone sensor

This however requires an enderpearl to get to, or an elytra if you are a skilled flyer

Another music room!
Similar to the bamboo colored one, each button contains a different note but this time the sounds are of a different instrument
I have yet to find anything from spamming combinations thus far

This secret group is very peculiar, and I am unsure if playing the notes in any specific pattern will unlock anything else. For now I have found two rooms, but there may be more.
The first is found in the tunnel under the trade center, where a button is obscured by some foliage.

I have spammed many combinations, but have yet to find anything additional to this room

The coords from the floating lectern lead you back to the water tunnel that you find the barnacle NPC from the villager mission. Hidden behind vines.

The final coords lead to a dead end however, up in the cherry tree

I have gone here multiple times and still have yet to see any changes such as a prize or another lectern with coords. Others have given up on this quest, so I have considered it dead.

The coords above lead to the bridge underneath the trade center.

Here are the new coords.

These coords lead to a lectern floating in the void past the waterfall. This one is tricky to capture.

The first step is to go to the enchant room, using .enchant to warp there. You can see there is some extra space behind the set up.

If you go really close, you can see an enderchest as well as a lectern.

This secret is more like a scavenger hunt, where you follow the steps to find the next coords, until the end.

Sadly, I believe this secret is unfinished or incomplete-able.

That being said, I still felt it worthwhile to document the way you travel doing said mission.

The button you have to press is here

After you enter said tunnel, turn around and press this button

Then run to the other end, where you will see a new opening to pearl through

Finally you are inside

This is where we find the new book and hint that AttackTeam found, this leads me to believe Saintes Secret rooms might be connected to the music box secret rooms, but no evidence is cemented yet

Update!

AttackTeam found another book signed by Cain which mentions a cavern, possibly the alluded Cavern of Souls. He provided a map for a button that activates this secret room for me.
