    Terraria lol, it is basically 2D minecraft but has tons of ores and a minor story plot plus bosses and just cool things.

    I would assume that the game searches for a portal first before it creates a new one. If there is an old one (lit or unlit) within _x _y _z then it would use that one rather than make a new one.
