Donations are prefered but i will pay if i have to, thing is i know many of you have your own emder farms and ender farms always have loads of trash pearls, i want every single one of those trash pearls, i have arranged 21 double chests just for ender pearls and i dont plan to stop until they are full!

@FishW There is another server owned by a "keyboard layout"(Crafty might get that idk, I hope no one else does, I really don't mean to advertise) which claims "100% vanilla" as it uses no command blocks. So no set homes or tps. For me it was honestly a drag. You couldn't really team with anyone because you'd have to walk forever. I couldn't it make out of 100 blocks without starving or getting killed. I didn't really find it that fun. Now I mean that is basically your singleplayer world if you made a new one, but I personnally join servers for the company and their unique take on the game. Now this has nothing to do with rather mobgriefing should be on or off I suppose. But just saying I greatly appreciate @CraftyMyner 's work and @allstaff 's work. I know they will come up with the best decision for the server and the playerbase.

I agree, if it stays off i dont have to redesign my base, if ot turns on my snowman will be build faster and i can stop hoarding gold for apples -.-

Cons mob griefing on:

1. Creeper and ghast explosion
2. Spawn ugly ( because of number 1 reason)

Work around:

1. make your build creeper or ghast proof
2. Commands or additional helper (or the suggested janitor) staff

1. Viilager breeding efficiency
2. Vilager farming AI (wheat auto farms)
3. Wither related auto farm
4. Snow farms

Work around:
This is funny, but just dont build them. Not of a work around really cause I cant think of work arounds for these good things you will be missing.

And i believe the community would agree on these list of pros and cons. And i believe from this list there are more pros than cons.

Each has a chest with 15 slots (maximum from what I've heard)

Each slot has a shoulder she'll inside it

Each shucker she'll is full.

10 X 15 X 54 = amount of items carried by the llamas

8100, 126 stacks (could be wrong, im bad at using calculators)
