I elytra-ed into a cobweb in the graveyard

Finally I got stuck in the heart while elytra-ing around spawn my screen went all black then on my inventory screen

@JustABritishFool Its the outside of the Pumpkin farm, its basically a tall tower with 4 pumpkin spots with pistons which fire of a clock to harvest them
