I am the mod that banned you for the inappropriate name. As you must realize, we are a global server and to make it more comfortable for players world-wide, we do our best to make sure that Names, Skins, Chat and even build decorations are non-offensive to any groups or individuals. I am very pleased to see that you have changed the name and would really enjoy having you back on the server provided these guidelines are met.
You are receiving an immediate pardon.

Doozy, I saw the chat as it scrolled in its entirety. In the first statement, it was an informative one, letting us know of something unintentional.
In the second and third instance you not only requested to be banned, but in addition, you admitted to using hacks. Joking or not, we at staff are here enforce the rules as well as assist within our capacity. The rules of this server are:

"Any form of cheating will not be tolerated - This means anything that gives you an unfair advantage over players who are playing the game the way the game was intended to be played. This includes but is not limited to: non-approved clients (hacked clients, minimaps), abusing in-game glitchs (duping, x-ray, breaking
bedrock) and xray texture packs.".

So to sum it up, you requested to be banned - your request was been fulfilled. You admitted to using hacks, whether as a joke or otherwise, you took up my time to have to deal with you.
At this time you are banned for 1 day.

You are not new to this server, and know the rules. Your proof is accurate and you are receiving an immediate pardon. That however, does not excuse your remarks. I am not Japanese but I was not only highly offended and surprised at your racist comments, regardless of original source you refer to. Racism is no joke, and will not be tolerated. I am the Mod that banned you. I realize that it was meant to be a joke, however you must realize and should as you are not new to this server that we take all mentions of hacking of any kind very seriously, joking or not. Also, recently we have had issues with you, specifically caps, spam, disobeying and disrespecting members of staff and have had multiple recent warnings.
As this is your first ban, and I understand it was meant as a joke you will be pardoned in 3 days time from this posting. I hope that you take this time to reflect and understand that we in Staff have a lot of responsibilities, and having to babysit players that should know better is even more time-consuming preventing us from also having fun.

Strengths: I am consistantly on, it seems anytime I am not at work or sleeping.
I am friendly and cheerful with a sense of humor and really enjoy this community and
would like to see it's continual growth through new players (and old) enjoying the most
optimal and pleasurable experience we can offer. If i know an answer, or can help someone,
I do my best to help them. I personally do not raid/grief, or pvp, and am very trustworthy (
sometimes too trusting of others).

Weaknesses: I have been away for 2 years, as a result I may not be familiar with many of the technical
issues with the updates.

Why you are Applying: I am applying for a "helper" position. I really enjoy teaching as much as I do learning.
I am very eager to help those that are in need if I can, be it in verbal or action form. The only difference between
what I do now and what I believe a "helper" would be is a title. If I do not receive a favorable decision, that is fine,
I will continue to do my best to help those that I can just as I have, but a "Title" sure would look good too.

I really missed this... wait, this isn't what it was... it's even Better! Glad to be back!

I have been listed as a "missing person" in the forums since mid 2016. I'm Back! how long before the server catches up to 1.13.2? I know it just updated today and I can't get on.

I just felt like being noticed... and as my good friend the Raven stated, we are all definitely a bit mental. Hello. Caw!
