    Mobs spawn on the upper floor and are pushed down by water. They either fall to death or he kills them.
    I have my own question: Is it efficient?
    I made one with 3 floors twice the size of yours but spawn rates were bad. It was also in the sky.

    Apparently this project will be taking place after the map resets. There's no guarantee that will be coming soon and this is the weakness of this project. It could take 1-2 years before the map resets. It depends on Minecraft updates or on Crafty's decision. It's possible, before they announce map reset, that none of you guys play the server or Minecraft anymore.

    You don't. But if your motive (not just talking to Blackfish_, but to the people associated with this) is to betray, don't even join the fresh start project. This is solely for people wanting a fresh start without any hassle and a motive to do so.
