Sorry to hear your brother downloaded xray and used it on your account, we seem to have alot (and I mean alot) of cases where brothers are downloading xray to use while the owner of the account is off somewhere. It's truly an epidemic, however you and you alone are responsible for your account. This means that your account won't be getting unbanned.
