I don't know if anything is confirmed by astronomers, but it appears there is a meteor shower going on tonight if anyone wants to see some shooting stars. I have seen 4 in a matter of only 5 minutes, so maybe you would have some luck tonight seeing some. :)

Note: I live in East Tennessee, so your view may differ depending on location. :P

Moon was out pretty high and I still saw more per hour than I had seen at any peak of any meteor shower.

Must have been a temporary burst of a bunch... I hope some people got to see. :P
