Not sure what server you're applying for, this is Vanilla, there is no /fly, and you can't apply for mod, nor is it a small rank.

You apply for the helper position, which 1. doesn't involve building, 2. doesn't involve banning people

I think you should spend more time learning more about Vanilla servers and specifically our own with our rank system and all that.. Then reapply. Its best to know alot about how the server works.
