    Reason for ban: whisper spam
    Why I should be unbanned: At no point did he tell me to stop or indicate that the spam was unwanted. I understand that all spam is undesirable however if he just told me to stop I would have. I do not think a ban is nessesary.

    You should be aware, spam is not permitted in nay format on CM.
    You've been warned a number of times in recent weeks over chat offenses which is why I chose to ban here instead of warning.
