@CraftyMyner I've had a YouTube rank on a few servers, so I have a bit of experience with this.

1. Link the video on a sticky thread, perhaps in one of the helpful ones (such as command guides).
2. If staff is having trouble helping a player, they can direct them to the video.
3. Use a repeating message, like the vote link, to remind players every so often that there is a general guide available. You could link them to the video.

I know quite a few people that have trouble using the book, so perhaps a video would be useful.
