I've been waiting for quite a long time for a response on my ban appeal - A ban in which I didn't get a warning for, and was by accident. I know using caps is not good and could offend some people greatly and make them feel sad and worried for their future in the game, but I'm also worried if this ban was permanent or not. I will not repeat these actions, as I've waited for 2days for my first ban.
