I was banned because of Xray.
First, I know cheating is a permanent ban, so what is the point of even telling me to appeal. I read the rules and broke them. Apples to Apples. I would ask for a pardon.

You're correct in thinking that cheating results in a permanent ban. We do not pardon cheaters, we just don't have the time to baby-sit every offender to make sure they keep clean.
