I was banned due to IP/VPN usage but I'm legitimately not sure what flagged me?

I was on one of my two home IP addresses.

Username: Umyopp

Just a newbie trying to have fun.

Reason I should be unbanned: the IP's being flagged as VPN's / Proxies need to be updated, please look at the logs!
