I would like to appeal to a ban I received for swearing one singular time. Although it was a swear on the offensive side, it was simply one word with no direction at any one player. It was a standalone message with one word being the swear. It also was in the context of the moderator saying swearing was OK in moderation so i was simply following what everyone else as doing by saying one swear. And even though it was uncalled for and inappropriate, I didn't even receive a warning before receiving a ban.

I was on this server and the mods were talking about how swearing was allowed and i said ok and swore one time. The moderator Tezzer immediately banned me without a single warning. He then banned someone who said "this server is laggy" for no apparent reason. This moderator seems to be hostile, impulsive and abusive somewhat like a untamed animal.
