@mightymyntz I'm a grandma when it comes to how MC servers and the like work, so forgive me if I sound ignorant.
There's a separate software program/system that does all the server commands? I thought it was done by command blocks... which I also thought were spawnable in-game and therefore didn't require external software.
I'm in the same boat! That's exactly what I thought lol.
I completely agree with Dawn. Not sure what this guy thinks is a waste of time, but he spent all of three or four minutes talking with you before realizing the trade wasn't going to happen. Poor guy, took a few minutes talking to someone, what a waste of time!
"Do not contact me again." What does he think is gonna happen when he offers to buy the coords to someone's base? That they're just gonna sit back and not say anything? If he can't handle the confrontation then he's playing the WRONG game. And as Dawn said, the trade was never guaranteed from the start. He flips out like a spoiled brat when he doesn't get what he wants.
The only way to make an end grinder last longer than a few days, even a week, is to put it someplace WAY out of the way, way past the end islands, and tell NO ONE you made it. Not even a close friend, as they may have "friends" they think they can trust with it.
I briefly joined the legacy server for kicks and giggles, and came across a player by the name of PurpleTeletubby, and he not only cheated in Parkour and got that lovely armor, but he decided to start flying in spawn once I told him no staff were on to care if he cheated. Well, my bait worked, as you can see here: http://imgur.com/qaDnVjN
Figured this would prevent him from joining the new server and may save some time for the staff.
