The staff who banned you will reply when they have time. They have lives and just like you and me. Nysic was telling you that the way you typed your ban appeal was not helping and maybe even hurting your cause. Being able to read and understand your ban appeal helps the correct staff respond quicker. If your appeal seems like trolling or appears the lack effort, it is not likely a staff would want to put in the effort to read and make the decision to pardon you. Your previous conversations with me and in your ban appeal lack any sort of punctuation or sentence structure. While there is no law or rule saying anything about that, It is very hard to read poorly written text.

Going off the success of the selfie thread, I was thinking of starting a new thread focusing on what the players of CraftyMynes do for work or hobby.

Feel free to post what you do, stories and pictures.

I'll start!

For the last 3 years I have been working as a marine mechanic/electrician/shipwright in the recreational sector. Before that I owned my own aerial photography business, and before that I did wine cellar and cabinet assembly work. This summer I just got hired as commercial marine electrician. I mainly work on commercial fishing vessels, however, I also do some tug boat and passenger vessel work.

I do anything from changing light bulbs to rewiring entire boats and everything in-between. The main reason I was hired was for my computer skills. (Mainly linux/low level communications) I do quite a bit of installing fish net monitoring systems and other sensors/devices.

The type of boats I work on are mostly commerical fishing vessels like these:

To turn it into somthing like this:

Some of the other systems I work on can cost upwards of $100k dollars just for the base configuration.

Inside this cabinet is about $50k and outside is another $50k of sensors.

I look forward to hearing about what everyone does out side of minecraft either in their spare time or for a living.

RTP is quite hard on the server and causes a lot of lag, thats why there was a time out and a short walk down the stairs. If we had a command, players could spam it very quickly causing lag.

Griefing is allowed, hacking is not. Repeat hacking warrants an IP ban.

I did some more work on the vote site, let me know what you think. There's a small description at the top of the page talking about the 4 links and what they do for the server and you. I also made the links a bit more visible and put a link to the site at the bottom of the page.

I also added the vote page to the top of the forum.

It seems like only the 3rd link doesn't work on phones, I will make a manual link to each page at the bottom.

It appears that chunk generation/dungeon placement has changed between versions, the reason stuff is still spawing there is that the file containing all the dungeon locations did not have anything removed from it.

Give it all a try now, I have made some more adjustments.
