They spawn right in front of the stairs, allowing them to choose whether they take a random teleport, go to a different dimension or explore spawn. You would have to be trying really hard to walk out of spawn without finding a random teleporter.

There is no difference between being online or offline while you donate. CraftyCrates can be claimed at any time.

@SharpSerac basically this, so i wish crafty would take the time to respond to the issue and/or fix it since it was brought up months ago

The truth is, there is no reason other then I forgot to change it when we reset cause I was too busy with work. Then yall blew it so damn far out of proportion that I felt like I was obligated to give a good reason as to why it should stay at what it was.
