    This ip ban and ban will remain permanent.

    Not sure what server you're applying for, this is Vanilla, there is no /fly, and you can't apply for mod, nor is it a small rank.

    You apply for the helper position, which 1. doesn't involve building, 2. doesn't involve banning people
