@GrandpaCarl00 Another partial wouldn't help anything, it worsen things excluding from vanilla bugs, but simply to do one for new features would be inefficient, people would have to travel to new chunks ( which a large portion of chunks has already been loaded ) and would have to get stuff from those new chunks such as tridents if you can't craft them.
Just thought I'd point out a very small portion of the chunks have been loaded, historically back in 1.8 a map we had a lot longer chunk loading only reached like 15% If I remember correctly.
Elytras might have skewed it a bit but we can't be looking at a huge increase.
Theres no way we'd even get close to storing a full map.
On the contrary, the ISP is the only person who is really capable of measuring your actual throughput, the methods used by internet speed tests can be affected by a number of factors that aren't network speed related.
That said Ookla and Google are solid speed tests, however they far from the best which is definitely http://speedof.me/
due to the fact it's HTML5 and that reduces a lot of mitigating factors in speed tests.
While it could have an effect on US-bound traffic (Most DataCenters would probably move all but local services if it was charged on the providers, end not the customers) it's more likely they will charge the consumer for faster access tiers to certain services.
I'm not sure it would set much of a precedent either to be truthful, in most countries the communications industry is marketed as a national resource for the people and regulated as such meaning free-market style measures like this which actually hurt competition are unlikely to be implemented.
Each command block that is constantly testing for something causes more lag, adding 64 would have a negative impact on game play.
There is better ways to do that but we still come to what crafty said, it's complex and inaccurate and the solution would cause lag problems.
Appeal much Simpler way is to just report it to staff, I've found it's rarely an issue we encounter.
@SharpSerac Pretty sure it's possible, just don't use the banner thing crafty could integrate it into his panel and use less command blocks. You could be whispered what's in the trade box on their side when you press a button it wouldn't be that hard
That still isn't going to work, as crafty pointed out counting items is actually very difficult when you account for all possible quantities. The panel isn't a miracle worker.
We would end up with something probably inaccurate which would then actually cause more problems.
You are much better off as nerdie said, reporting them to staff so we can deal with it.
Sorry the rules offend you so but this is a family-friendly server and despite your protestations of innocence somehow "Local Drug Dealer" didn't quite fit in, you can insist you reference an alternate meaning all you like but we don't allow drug talk end of story. Nothing really sensitive about that, just a basic request to respect the fact our player base ranges from very young to very old and the majority of them don't find that sort of stuff amusing.
I'm sorry that you find yourself unable to follow basic rules that would be standard offline and wish you the best on your next server.
So yes the point still stands and this appeal is still denied.
The Staff member who banned you is no longer staff however you were indeed caught flying hacking on this server and therefore banned.
We have zero tolerance for hacking, therefore, you will not be unbanned.
Best of luck elsewhere.

Well, I've just tested on most of the portals in survival mode and I can't replicate this?
They seem to function fine, I'm guessing you missed the pearl and pearled into the void somehow.
