As you can see, you had a very trolly way of responding when a staff member gave you a kick that you deserved. Then we both noticed your name. Had you returned apologetically, I might have given you the benefit of the doubt, but you didn't and I didn't.

The same staff member kicked you regarding your name and, again, you returned infuriated.

I've given this case a fair amount of thought since it occurred, and here is where I stand. While I completely disagree with the way you approached the other staff member after the first kick (which you definitely deserved) and I disagree that I didn't give you time to explain your names meaning before i banned you (as you can see above), I admit that now that I have thought it over, my mind jumped to the worst meaning of your name when I banned you. I apologize and will unban you right away. Please do be careful with the chat offenses though! I look forward to playing with you again on CraftyMynes!

We at CraftyMynes take chat violations very seriously as chat is one of the main components of the server and we like for our chat to be open to all ages and types of people. As it is your first offense, I normally would unban you in only 1 day. Judging from your last sentence however, it appears that you don't regret your actions at all. You will be unbanned in three days and if I catch you testing the line with chat rules again, you will be banned permanently. I hope this does not happen. Hey! I am the Admin that banned you. Im going to share a couple of logs from today. First off, you said:

(As you can see from the timestamps, these were all very close to each other and were clearly intended as spam)

So yeah, you were kicked for spam at that point. You then followed this up with this:

This is in violation of for following rule. Practice good chat etiquette - Don’t use caps, don’t spam, don’t discuss controversial, sensitive or offensive topics (e.g. sex, sexual identity or preferences, race, politics, religion, drugs, etc.), no advertising, no links, no trolling.

In conclusion, you said other things tonight that we could discuss here, but I see no reason to as I had sufficient reason to ban with just the things listed above. Normally, I would give an un-ban date, but as your IP address matches somebody who has been given numerous chances yet has repeatedly returned to break server rules, you will remain banned permanently. I hope you find another server that you enjoy!
