I banned you for the rule that you broke listed above. You will be unbanned in 7 days. You seem to not really care about the rules you broke in this instance and because you are an older player that disappoints me. At the end of the ban period, you will have to decide if you will continue this behavior. If you do, I can almost guarantee that it will end the same way. I like you and don't won't to see you go, so please decide carefully.

Hi! I was the moderator that banned you.

First off, you were banned purely because of X-ray, not because of brightness being too high. I merely said that because of your lack of torches. It played no part in my banning you.

Next, I had watched you mine for a while before I banned you. Your tunnels were random and twisty which is common with x-rayers. I watched you mine from patch to patch of diamonds, even spectating from inside your head to see when you looked straight at a covered up patch of diamonds a few blocks away. At one point, you even dug diagonally and then down (without overshooting a block) to where the next closest patch of diamonds where. I observed events like this a few times before i banned you.

Based on this evidence, your appeal is denied. I hope you find enjoyment on other servers!

Hi! Im the moderator who banned you.

The reason for your ban was "Disobeying staff after warnings". The rule that you broke reads as such: Listen to staff members - Enough said! People will always find ways around the rules, staff reserve the right to make changes to the rules to cover these holes in order to keep the server a safe friendly place.
The logs show that the group was told 3 times by staff to drop the subject and move on, which is way more chances than most get. After this didn't work, I said that this was the last warning to drop it. Almost half a minute later you made you statement and I banned you as I had warned that I would.

I understand that tensions sometimes run high and I do sympathize with that fact, however a rule is a rule. Because I do not believe this will become a habit with you, I am banning you for one day. I never insinuated a 3-day ban.
