If anyone doesn't bid higher than you within a relatively short time yes. Really I'm just looking for the biggest buyer regardless of when the bid occurred. So if you definitely want to secure the boits I suggest bidding more than 1 duamond at a time from the last bid, that way you eliminate competition for it quicker
